Ahhh….it’s that time of year again.
Autumn is one of my favorite times of the year. The weather cools off, the bugs begin to die and disappear (although we are having a mosquito apocalypse right now in Wisconsin), the garden is slowing down, the leaves are changing colors, and coffee can be drank hot all day without sweating. Oh and caramel apples. All the caramel apples. And pumpkin treats.
Ruby is at the age where she is curious about EVERYTHING. The ‘why’s’ have started in our house, showing her adjustment from subconscious learning to conscious learning. So we are embracing it, and doing as many fall activities as we can! Take a look at our list below for fun things to do with your kiddos this fall!
Make a leaf rubbing (we use these oil pastels)
Make a leaf collage
Parts of an apple
Visit the apple orchard
Cleaning and baking pumpkin seeds
Baking pumpkin treats
Painting a pumpkin
Turkey with thankful feathers
Hopefully this helped to inspire you this autumn. Which activities were your favorite?
We would love to hear from you below!
